The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We especially want to mention Natasha, the Russian girl who made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes, fruits, and even wine/champagne! Another great aspect of this place is its convenient location. It is situated near the highway passage, making it perfect for travelers by car. Plus, it's just a short walk to the nearby Metro station, making sightseeing a breeze.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with top-notch services.

Great view of the port from the room and spacious, clean double room. The breakfast was varied and sumptuous.
The staff was not polite and there were reports of rooms being robbed during the stay. Fridge in the room didn't work well and there were no convenient outlets for charging electronic devices.

parking free of charge, wi-fi is not expensive, good panoramic view from the room to the city and the port, normal hotel for good money, the location is ok, there's a metro station about 5 minutes by work
rather old hotel, rooms need renovation

The hotel is placed near the port. Breakfast was good.
The rooms on the left of the stairs are very noisy because of the air conditioner which is placed on the roof. It is impossible to sleep in the rooms on the fifth and fourth floors.

It was very close to major sights and I loved being able to watch the hustle and bustle of the ferry terminal from my room. the room itself was clean and the bathroom was modern. the service provided by the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel had free parking available next to it, which was convenient.
I did find that the immediate area around the hotel was not the nicest.

Good hotel, looks like international chain. Clean and spacious apartments, a bit far from the city centre, but the bus will take you there in 5 min. Very important that the hotel has free parking which is a great plus in Genova.Breakfast is fair but the great thing is that you can enjoy Prosecco every morning. View on the port is much better than from Novotel or other hotels nearby. The shopping centre with Coop in just downstairs.

The hotel was excellent, we arrived from a cruise and were unable to get into our rooms till 13.00. The hotel did keep the luggage which enabled us to walk across to the mall for coffee. We did not know there was facillities in the hotel at that time. The staff were very helpful and could answer all our quries.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Natasha, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and in good condition. There was convenient parking available for travelers with cars. The hotel's location was great for sightseeing, with a nearby Metro station and easy access to the city center. We also enjoyed dining at the Italian restaurant run by a Chinese family right at the port entrance, which offered a delicious and authentic Italian cuisine with a spectacular view of the port.
Was all great.

It was basic, not like a 4*. We were given a room on the second floor with black dirty marks on the walls. We protested and they changed our room. Water sink was not working. One of the beds was unusable and they offered a separate extra room free of charge.
The room was dirty

We particularly liked the view from our room over the port and the closeness to the Metro Dinegro station, shopping centre, airport and cruise ship terminals

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the great view of the port from my room, as well as the fact that there was a mall nearby with various shops and food options. the location was also convenient for catching transportation to different areas.
The hotel itself was quite outdated and in need of renovations. the room smelled of stale smoke, which was unpleasant, and the carpet was old and stained.

Dangerous roads outside.

The hotel staff gave me a very large suite with wonderful view. I can see the sea, the city, the cruise and the great lighthouse. If you go to geona, this is a very good choice for you.
No free internet. And it's a little bit hard to find the hotel by driving a car. But it is not a big problem.
